What electrical output of the Unit?

  • The Unit is available in a 100kW/hr, 200kW/hr or 300kW/hr configurations .
  • The Unit produces electricity, Co-Generation, and thermal energy (hot air).

What are the emissions of the Unit?

  • The Unit has been thoroughly test and is environmentally friendly.  Emissions tests results are available upon request.

What fuel works best in the Unit?

  • The Unit works best with wood and wood based products such as sawdust, chips and pellets.
  • The more dense the fuel the more efficiently the Unit operates

What fuels work with the Unit? 

  • The Unit works with a wide variety of biomass, including crop waste.
  • Wood waste (debris; wooden pallets)
  • Trees, brush, invader bush, saw-grass, weeds
  • Sawdust, cardboard, paper & pulp, discarded fruits/vegetables
  • Most types of crop waste including corn cobs and husks
  • Sugar cane bagasse
  • Almond, coconut, nutmeg, peanut and walnut shells; olive pits, pulp, skins and tree trimmings
  • Grape skins, pulp, pits and vine trimmings.animal manure and certain types of commercial and municipal waste (May require a mixture of fuels such as wood chips, sawdust, etc.)

What is the size and weight of the Unit?

  • The Unit is comprised of four modules which weigh, in total, about 80,000 lbs (40 tons).
  • The Unit is 16 feet wide and 40 feet long.
  • The Unit is easily transportable because it is modular.

How much fuel does the Unit require?

  • Depending upon the fuel's density and moisture content, the Unit requires between 500-850 pounds of fuel per hour.
  • The Unit is equipped with a fuel hopper that holds approximately 5 tons of fuel and must be refilled approximately two times per 24 period.
